 AR Module Factory, L.t.d. guarantee the quality and the confidentiality of the products. It is essential for the efficient and reliable production of castings that high-quality foundry pattern equipment is employed. The production of the pattern is a precise process that is crucial to the quality and accuracy of the casting, therefore it is essential that well-designed, high-quality pattern equipment is manufactured.

Welcome to the "AR Module Factory"!

The aim of the AR Module Factory, Ltd. is to produce patterns for casting from different types of materials. Our mission is to guarantee the top quality of our products and to meet our clients’ expectations.

Company works on 3-axis CNC routers with vacuum system, CE certified. The processing area of the router is 4000X2000X300 mm. We produce patterns of plastic (ebaboard), textolite, plywood, wood, aluminium; as well we can produce patterns from epoxy resin. We have manufactured wide range patterns from  30mmX100mm up to 3200X3000mm.

The LLC AR Module Factory started production in Liepaja several years ago with the help of the Altum program (Support for starting self-employment and entrepreneurship). The activity is based on the experience in the sphere of metal casting production and understanding of the pattern or casting form deficit in the market. The AR Module Factory manufactures the patterns and develops the casting technology.

The Member of the Board Ainis Puyens says: “We have so many orders that we are developing muscles to expand the factory. The customers are very different: some of them come with drawings; the others just bring a picture and ask to make a form for this product. So we have to develop the technical project for a form ourselves. The added value of the product is formed by the design and technology development."

We have purchased new equipment that has twice bigger capacity than the equipment purchased a year ago and received different additional equipment from Germany, therefore, the AR Module Factory can manufacture high precision metal casting patterns, blocks, forms and auxiliary devices from plasticized substances, wood, aluminium or epoxy resin.

The company also ensures the full cycle of pattern production in accordance with an individual order and guarantees the best quality thanks to a long experience in the sphere of metal working and the expertise of the engineers involved.

At the moment the Baltic States do not have manufacturers specialized in this sphere and many eastern and western countries have shown interest to our company’s products. We have entered into cooperation contracts with Swedish and Lithuanian companies and come to the agreement with the Estonian company Vesimentor OÜ to represent our interests in the market of the neighbouring country.

We have purchased the licence for wooden yacht construction in the United States of America. It is a new challenge and the opportunity to develop!

Agreement with the Investment and Development Agency of Latvia (LIAA)

 “AR Module factory", Ltd. signed a long-term cooperation agreement No. SKV-L-2016/54 with the Investment and Development Agency of Latvia (LIAA) on 17th Apr 2016. According to the Agreement and in accordance with the European Regional Development Fund project "Promotion of the International Competitiveness", the company has set the target for 2020 to increase an export proportion, and by developing productivity and product quality promote the company's competitiveness in the international market.

 The objective of the Investment and Development Agency of Latvia (LIAA) is to promote business development by facilitating more foreign investment, in parallel increasing the competitiveness of Latvian entrepreneurs in both domestic and foreign markets.
